Login to your AM Golf Account

Any golf player, golf organisation or golf lover can create an account on the platform. You can achieve this by visiting the following  LINK

If you can't remember your password then just follow these steps:

1. Visit the AM.Golf website.
2. Click the Log in button in the top right corner.
3. In the Log in dialog, click on the Forgot password link.
4. In the Forgot password dialog, type the email address you used to create your account.
5. Click on the Reset password button.
6. In the inbox of the email account you submitted, open the email received from AM.GOLF. If you didn't receive one right-away, wait a few minuted and refresh. Also, make sure to check your Spam folder as well.
7. In the email body, click on the Reset passwordbutton. It will open a webpage on our website.
8. In Reset password page, please type a New password and click on the eyeball icon to make sure it's correct.
9. Click on the Reset button bellow.

Every player, event and organisation in our system has a Follow button that you can select. Once selected, the button will show Following and you can undo the operation by clicking it again to Unfollow. You can also see the list of followers for that player / event / organisation.

Tip: You are automatically added as follower to all the organisations that you are a member of, as well as all the events that you are registered in. You can still choose to unfollow from these if you want.

What does it mean to follow?

As opposed to being a member, following an organisation does not give you any status in that organisation, but it gives you notificationswhen the organisation posts new events, and also when the registration startsfor those events. This is typically useful if you are interested in participating to some events organised by a club that you are not a member of. You also get notifications when somebody postssomething on the organisation's community.

Following an event also doesn't make you a participant in that event... you need to Register (or be registered by an admin) for that. But following an event does give you notificationswhen the event publishes tee times, or when somebody writes on the event's community. If you follow an event that has not opened up its registration, you will get a notification when that happens.

Following a player gives you notifications when somebody posts something on the player's community, as well as gives you notifications related to the player's performances (E.g. when the player wins a tournament or has a specifically good round). 

Every event in the system has a Registration setting that allows you to see who can register.

Based on all the registration settings, if you are able to register to this event you will see the Register button on the event's header.

When you click Register, the system will take you through the registration flow. Depending on what the organizers have configured, this may require just a simple confirmation, or may include some additional questions and choices

Every player can be a member at multiple clubs, but only one club is set as Home Club. The Home Club is responsible with providing and updating the player's handicap.

The decision of which club is the player's home club, is a 2 step process.
First, the player can choose his home club, and then the club must approve it. Before the club approves a player as 'home member', the player's handicap will be shown as Red (Unconfirmed).

The following are the steps to choose (request) your home club:

1. Log into your account on AM Golf
2. Go to My account by clicking on the "👤" icon in the main menu bar.
3. Under the Player profile section, click on the Home club dropdown and select the club you wish to be your home club.
4. Once changed, you will notice that your handicap status will change to Red (Unconfirmed).
5. The club admins will receive a notification with your request, and they can approve it.
6. As soon as the club has confirmed you as a home member, your handicap status will change to Blue (Official) and the process is complete.

Note: You can also do this process from your profile page, by clicking on Edit profile and changing the Home club from there has the same effect.
